CPA or CFA Licensed VP of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance to lead and scale its finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer-facing financial operations, including invoicing and compliance
• Lead the monthly financial close process and manage financial reporting
• Produce cash flow reports and manage vendor relationships and budgets

Required Qualifications

• CFA or CPA certification required
• MBA or management consulting experience preferred
• 10+ years in financial management, accounting, or bookkeeping
• Experience leading Series A fundraising efforts
• Ability to manage complex financial models and multi-currency operations
