CPA or CFA Licensed VP of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance to lead and scale its finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer-facing financial operations, including invoicing and compliance
• Lead the monthly financial close process and maintain the financial model for strategic decision-making
• Manage cash flow and vendor relationships while preparing financial reports for the Board of Directors

Required Qualifications

• CFA or CPA certification required
• MBA or management consulting experience preferred
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
• Proven track record in leading Series A fundraising efforts and managing complex financial models
• Experience with multi-currency operations and compliance with GAAP
