CPA or CFA Licensed VP of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance to lead and scale its finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer-facing financial operations, ensuring compliance and managing relationships
• Lead the monthly financial close process and maintain the financial model for strategic decision-making
• Produce cash flow reports and manage vendor relationships, including budget preparation and monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Certification: CFA or CPA required
• Education: MBA or experience in management consulting (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, or Big Four)
• Experience: 10+ years in financial management, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
• Proven track record in leading fundraising efforts and managing complex financial models
• Ability to handle multi-currency operations and ensure GAAP compliance
