CPA or CFA Licensed VP of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance to lead and scale its finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer-facing financial operations, including invoicing and billing inquiries
• Lead the monthly financial close process and maintain the financial model for strategic decision-making
• Manage cash flow reports, vendor relationships, and prepare financial statements for the Board of Directors

Required Qualifications

• Certification: CFA or CPA required
• Education: MBA or management consulting experience from recognized firms
• Experience: 10+ years in financial management, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
• Proven experience in managing financial models, fundraising efforts, and complex financial operations
• Ability to handle multi-currency transactions and ensure GAAP compliance
