CPA Payroll and Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll and Accounts Payable Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Post payroll and related accruals, ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations
• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice posting and vendor payments
• Prepare and analyze financial records and budgets for accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• 3 years of payroll and accounts payable experience
• Experience with accounting software packages, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• BS in Accounting or Finance is highly desirable
• CPA certification is highly preferred
