Key Responsibilities

• Partner with CEOs and HR leaders to create job descriptions and scorecards
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidates for various accounting roles

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, particularly in public accounting
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience as a power user of an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
• Strong desire to win and intellectual curiosity
• Proven organizational and critical thinking skills
