Job Summary

Managing the financial operations for multiple Health Ministries, the full-time salaried CPA Regional Accounting Manager will oversee accounting processes, ensure timely financial reporting, and maintain internal controls while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the management of financial systems and processes to ensure accurate monthly financial close and reporting
• Provide guidance on technical accounting questions and develop internal controls for financial statement processes
• Collaborate with senior leadership to improve accounting practices and streamline reporting processes across multiple locations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Five to seven years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Leadership experience in managing diverse teams
• Master's degree in accounting is preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent experience is preferred
