CPA Regional Finance Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Finance Controller, West.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all regional accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and timely month-end close
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and coordinate internal and external audits
• Lead financial reporting, performance management, and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or business operations, preferably in multi-entity organizations
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing multi-entity accounting teams
• CPA preferred, demonstrating technical accounting leadership and compliance knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Experience with ERP and BI systems, such as Oracle or NetSuite
