CPA Regional Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Finance Director (National Accounts-REMOTE) to oversee the financial direction of the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly reports and support the strategic planning process
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators against plans and benchmarks
• Lead a team of analysts and present financial reports to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-unit operations management with significant revenue responsibility
• 10+ years of finance and accounting experience, including Director-level experience
• Experience leading and developing staff
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience; CPA or MBA preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
