CPA Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

Seeking a technically-minded accounting professional, the full-time Technical Revenue Accountant will lead revenue accounting under ASC 606, conduct complex technical accounting research, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead revenue accounting under ASC 606, including contract review and performance obligation analysis
• Assist with technical accounting research and drafting memos on various accounting topics
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• CPA strongly preferred, or active CPA candidate with completion expected within 12 months
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with public accounting experience
• Demonstrated experience applying ASC 606 in a technology, fintech, or SaaS environment
• Proficiency with SQL for querying transactional data
