Job Summary

Leading revenue accounting for a rapidly growing healthcare company, the full-time remote CPA Revenue Accounting Director will manage month-end close processes, oversee contract reviews, and mentor a team to ensure compliance with ASC 606.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of revenue accounting, including month-end close, analysis, and technical accounting under ASC 606
• Oversee contract reviews to assess revenue recognition implications
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and controls to enhance operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA with strong technical knowledge of ASC 606
• 10+ years of progressive experience in public accounting and industry, with at least 3+ years focused on revenue accounting
• Experience in a fast-paced, public company environment
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams and developing talent
