CPA Revenue Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager to lead revenue recognition, reporting, and analysis for its revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end revenue recognition process in compliance with ASC 606
• Manage month-end and quarter-end close activities related to revenue tracking and financial reporting
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve contract structure, billing processes, and data flow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in revenue accounting within a SaaS or services-based environment
• Direct experience managing and automating revenue processes
• Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
• Experience with large ERP systems and strong Excel skills
