Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA certification
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in public accounting or with a publicly-traded company
• Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and SOX internal control requirements
• Ability to analyze large data sets using various software programs
