CPA Revenue Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager to oversee the revenue recognition process and collaborate with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the revenue recognition process in compliance with ASC 606, including contract reviews and technical accounting analysis
• Oversee accounting for trade spend, customer deductions, and chargebacks in a B2B wholesale environment
• Lead monthly and year-end close processes related to revenue, including journal entries and reconciliations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Active CPA required
• 6-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry experience
• Prior experience in a CPG, retail, or product-based company is required
• Deep expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606) within a B2B wholesale environment
