CPA Revenue Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Manager - Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance and operationalization of revenue and accounting policies in compliance with ASC 606 and US GAAP
• Evaluate new products and contract structures, translating accounting conclusions into operational guidance
• Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and year-end audits, ensuring documentation is audit-ready

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting experience, with hands-on SaaS/technology experience preferred
• Deep knowledge of Software Revenue Recognition Accounting - ASC 606 in SaaS business models
• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Experience with controls and audit processes, SOX experience preferred
