CPA SEC Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented SEC Reporting Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the preparation and review of SEC filings, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with various stakeholders and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the preparation, review, and timely filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, along with other SEC filings
• Coordinate the report review cycle, resolving comments from external auditors, legal counsel, and internal reviewers
• Complete aspects of the month-end close and financial reporting process, including ad-hoc projects for process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, and CPA or enrolled in the CPA program
• 6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional)
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Hands-on experience preparing or reviewing Forms 10-K and 10-Q
• Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and SEC reporting software (Workiva), along with ERP experience (Netsuite or similar)
