CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert accounting analysis and ensure compliance with ASC 350-40 for internal-use software
• Prepare and review journal entries, consolidation of journal entries, and support monthly financial close activities
• Assist in the preparation of financial statement disclosures for SEC filing and maintain internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS company and/or public accounting firm
• Licensed CPA is preferred
• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley Internal Control requirements
• Experience with NetSuite ERP or other enterprise-level financial software systems is required
