CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional Senior Accountant to manage the complete accounting function with high autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle accounting function, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Communicate directly with clients regarding accounting matters
• Drive continuous improvements in accounting technology and lead month-end and year-end close processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
• 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience
• Industry experience in SaaS/tech or restaurant/hospitality sectors
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with large-scale ERP/CRM systems
• Track record of supporting a fast-growing company with evolving needs
