CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Statutory and Legal Entity Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory reporting processes, including analytics and financial statement disclosures
• Execute work related to statutory audit efforts
• Collaborate with Regulatory Relations and other teams to respond to regulator inquiries and ensure compliance with applicable laws

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of related experience on an accounting or reporting team
• Experience in a similar position at a health insurance company (preferred)
• Experience with US-based insurance companies (preferred)
• Certified Public Accountant licensure (CPA) (preferred)
