CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology company, the full-time remote CPA Senior Accountant will manage the order-to-cash cycle and complex revenue recognition under ASC 606 while driving monthly close functions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute an efficient monthly accounting close, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses for revenue and core financial statements
• Own the revenue recognition process, review sales contracts for compliance, and manage billing reconciliations to ensure data integrity
• Lead audit-readiness initiatives, preparing schedules for external auditors and simplifying revenue recognition policies

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; active CPA strongly preferred
• Experience with SaaS business models and multi-element revenue arrangements
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, and SEC reporting standards
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
