CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support a dynamic, high-growth Class Action & Settlement Administration business, the full-time Senior Accountant will lead month-end close activities, perform account reconciliations, and partner cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities, including preparation and posting of journal entries
• Perform and review account reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of variances
• Prepare audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audit processes

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or industry)
• B.S. in Accounting; Master's degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP (revenue, accruals, inventory)
• Experience in high-volume or operational accounting environments preferred
• CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
