CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support the integrity of financial reporting, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage technical accounting compliance, assist with financial statement preparation, and collaborate on various accounting projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical accounting memoranda and draft financial statements, including footnotes
• Work on multiple accounting projects, including accrual accounting and fixed asset accounting
• Interface with external auditors for PCAOB audits and manage PBC requests

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license preferred
• 5-7+ years of corporate accounting experience with a public company or Big 4 background
• Proficiency in NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
• Experience preparing or reviewing technical accounting memos and conducting GAAP research
• Familiarity with SEC Regulation S-X, S-K, G is a plus
