CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support various clients, the part-time Consulting Senior Accountant will manage monthly financial statement preparation, oversee bookkeeping and cash management, and enhance clients' internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple clients
• Manage bookkeeping, cash flow, and accounts receivable/payable
• Monitor and improve clients' internal controls and assist with accounting system implementations

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting with a strong understanding of GAAP
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or MS Dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required
• CPA License or in-process licensing preferred
• Self-starter with an adaptable mentality, comfortable meeting deadlines and budgets
