CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support the Director of Finance, the contracted Senior Accountant will oversee global accounting operations, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and manage payroll processes in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Finance to manage all accounting functions and financial operations
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements and oversee global payroll operations for timely payments
• Manage client invoicing processes, including billing accuracy and revenue tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
• CPA certification strongly preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Strong experience in managing global payroll and multi-entity accounting environments
• Hands-on experience with payroll platforms such as Bitwage, Wise, Deel, and Payoneer
