CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support the Director of Finance, the contracted Senior Accountant will manage global accounting operations, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and oversee payroll and client invoicing processes in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Finance to oversee all accounting functions and financial operations
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, reports, and internal controls
• Manage global payroll operations and oversee end-to-end client invoicing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
• CPA certification is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Strong experience managing global payroll and multi-entity accounting environments
• Experience with accounting systems and platforms such as Bitwage, Wise, Deel, and Payoneer
