CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support a growing Finance team, the full-time remote CPA Senior Accountant will manage the accounting for the Galleon program, ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of financial records while collaborating cross-functionally across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for the Galleon program, including procurement, inventory, and asset classification
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for assigned areas, ensuring timely and accurate entries
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and support technical accounting research and policy development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Active CPA license required
• 4-6+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate accounting, preferably in high-growth environments
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including inventory and fixed asset accounting
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting capabilities
