CPA Senior Accountant
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Accountant will work remotely to manage month-end closing, prepare journal entries, and perform account reconciliations while supporting the Director of Accounting.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle month-end closing processes and prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Perform monthly reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts and assist with financial audits
- Maintain internal controls over financial processes and complete ad hoc projects as needed
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting
- Active CPA license is required
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multi-company environment
- Experience with ASC 606 Revenue recognition rules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Workday experience preferred
