CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage month-end close processes, treasury operations, and ERP implementation while working remotely in a dynamic environment focused on capital-intensive development.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the close calendar, ensuring timely and audit-ready financials through journal entries and reconciliations
• Rebuild treasury processes, prepare cash reconciliations, and partner with project teams to track funding and disbursements
• Contribute to ERP implementation by gathering requirements, testing, and redesigning processes for automation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in capital-intensive industries
• Strong technical expertise in U.S. GAAP, project accounting, and audit-ready financial statement preparation
• Experience with operational accounting processes, including treasury and cash management
• Prior involvement in ERP implementation or systems conversion is preferred
