CPA Senior Accountant
Job Summary
Utilizing AI tools to enhance financial operations, the full-time Senior Accountant will perform month-end close processes, manage journal entries, and collaborate with the finance team to optimize accounting workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle month-end close, including managing accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and intercompany eliminations
- Utilize AI-powered accounting software to automate data entry, transaction matching, and anomaly detection
- Collaborate with the finance team to test, adopt, and optimize new generative AI and automation platforms
Required qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in accounting
- 2+ years of audit experience in public accounting preferred
- BS/BA in Accounting or similar experience
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools used to streamline accounting processes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong Excel skills
