CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented CPA Senior Accountant, the remote position will manage monthly financial close processes, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and collaborate with Finance leaders on budgeting and forecasting initiatives while supporting a high-growth technology-driven finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial reporting during the monthly financial close
• Own accounts payable processes, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment runs
• Assist with customer billing and accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections follow-up, and cash application

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-5+ years of finance or accounting experience
• CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification strongly preferred
• Public accounting experience (Big Four or national/regional firm) is highly valued
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles
