CPA Senior Accountant
Job Summary
To support a fast-growing accounting team, the full-time remote CPA Senior Accountant will manage the month-end close process, oversee general ledger operations, and ensure compliance with US GAAP while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance financial workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Lead accurate and timely month-end close by preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage close workflows and task tracking to drive efficiency and transparency in financial reporting
- Support annual financial statement audits and external compliance requirements while maintaining sound internal controls
Required qualifications
- Active CPA license
- 3+ years of progressive general ledger accounting experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close procedures
- Direct experience with modern cloud ERP systems and financial tooling
