Job Summary
Providing assistant controller-level support to healthcare clients, the full-time salaried CPA Senior Accountant - Healthcare will manage financial reporting accuracy, assist with complex general ledgers, and prepare monthly reporting packages while working remotely from anywhere in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial reporting accuracy for assigned clients
- Assist with complex general ledgers and ensure overall accuracy through identifying missing transactions and trends
- Prepare and review monthly reporting packages, including KPIs/metrics, and facilitate month-end close processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, focusing on financial reporting and general ledger management
- Experience with full cycle accounting in the healthcare industry
