CPA Senior Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Accounting to lead global accounting and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Manage the month-end close process, including account analysis and reconciliations
• Lead external reporting activities and coordinate audit processes with external auditors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification required
• 12+ years of relevant accounting experience, including 6+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in corporate consolidations and global accounting operations
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
