CPA Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Accounting and Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve complex accounting issues, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess accounting implications of new contracts and business initiatives
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and disclosures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• CPA certification
• 5+ years of experience in a Big4 accounting firm, Consulting/Advisory, or public company
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Proficiency in technical accounting areas such as revenue recognition and lease accounting
