CPA Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager who will oversee the integrity of financials and lead the monthly close process.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial statements and lead the monthly close process
• Manage high-judgment areas including revenue recognition, payroll, and stock-based compensation
• Collaborate with external tax advisors and support corporate tax filings and audits

Required Qualifications

• CPA with a strong audit foundation, preferably from a Big 4 or large regional firm
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience with subscription-based ASC 606 revenue recognition and technical areas
• Proven ability to lead the monthly close process end-to-end
• Fluency with accounting systems and experience in system configuration and integrations
