CPA Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Accounting Manager to manage and oversee its internal accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of financial statements, manage the month-close process, and act as the main contact for annual audits
• Manage revenue accounting policy, oversee the monthly sales commission cycle, and provide technical guidance
• Optimize existing tools and systems, ensuring efficient data management and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3 years in a fast-growing SaaS or technology company
• Active CPA license is required
• Strong understanding of GAAP, specifically ASC 606 and ASC 340
• Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Ramp, and Gusto, along with advanced Excel skills
• A "no task too small" attitude, comfortable with both high-level and detailed accounting tasks
