CPA Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational accounting functions including payroll, benefits, equity administration, accounts payable, and operating expenses
• Own the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to strengthen accounting workflows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with increasing leadership responsibilities
• Strong experience across operational accounting areas such as payroll, benefits, and tax
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP; CPA strongly preferred
• Experience with Ramp and Netsuite or comparable ERP systems
• Proven ability to lead and develop accounting professionals in a high-growth environment
