CPA Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to assist in leading the General Ledger team and improve financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close processes ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Implement and optimize internal control frameworks and enhance financial reporting processes
• Lead and mentor the General Ledger team while supporting external audits and special financial projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• CPA License preferred
• 10+ years of related experience in public accounting or a mix of public accounting and industry
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and implementing strategic initiatives
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley, and accounting best practices
