CPA Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly and quarterly close processes across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and SOX controls, ensuring accuracy and documentation
• Lead a team of accounting professionals, driving process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
• CPA license preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC/SOX reporting requirements
• Experience with modern ERP systems, ideally NetSuite, and close management tools like FloQast
• Demonstrated experience in a SOX environment and project management across multiple teams
