CPA Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Accounting to oversee accounting operations and ensure financial reporting integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, establishing workflows and performance standards
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, plus CPA license or Master's degree in Accounting
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience supporting external audits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
