CPA Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Leading the corporate accounting team, the full-time remote CPA Senior Accounting Manager will manage global month-end and quarter-end close processes, oversee operating expense accounting, and drive automation initiatives while mentoring a team of accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the global month-end and quarter-end close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with US GAAP
• Oversee reconciliations, monthly flux analyses, and management reporting to ensure quality and accuracy
• Drive accounting automation and standardization initiatives, contributing to broader strategic projects and system implementations

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting and CPA certification
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting (Big Four preferred) and industry experience
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP, accrual accounting, and internal controls over financial reporting
• Strong experience with intercompany accounting and multi-currency consolidation
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams while managing audits and interacting with external auditors
