CPA Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Senior Accounting Manager will oversee the month-end close process, ensure compliance with financial controls, and partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality financial information in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes for assigned entities, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely reporting
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for client Boards and external stakeholders, presenting financial results and insights
• Lead technical accounting analysis for complex transactions, including acquisitions and consolidations, while ensuring balance sheet integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a non-profit organization
• Active CPA license required
• 4+ years of people management or supervisory experience
• Experience in multi-entity, regulated environments such as senior living or healthcare
