CPA Senior Accounting Manager
Job Summary
To support a rapidly evolving Accounting function, the full-time salaried CPA Senior Accounting Manager will direct GAAP position documentation, oversee complex close cycle areas, and enhance financial reporting while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare audit- and external-ready technical memos and analyses in accordance with FASB and SEC requirements
- Lead reviews of Controllership processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements and disclosures
- Manage the external audit relationship by preparing financial statements and technical positions while supporting the audit timeline
Required Qualifications
- CPA required
- 6+ years of progressive experience in external audit, financial reporting, technical accounting, and controllership
- Demonstrated expertise in ASC 606, ASC 718, ASC 842, and ASC 350-40
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite (or comparable ERP) and advanced Excel
- Experience incorporating AI tools into accounting processes
