CPA Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing accounting function, the full-time salaried CPA Senior Accounting Manager will lead general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and technical accounting while managing a high-performing team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership in general ledger accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and scalable operations
• Lead the annual financial statement audit and quarterly review processes, coordinating with external auditors
• Drive improvements in accounting operations through technology and automation, enhancing efficiency and scalability

Required qualifications

• CPA certification with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting
• Strong technical accounting foundation with experience in US GAAP and complex accounting matters
• Proven experience leading financial close and reporting processes in a high-growth environment
• Demonstrated success in developing high-performing accounting teams and fostering accountability
• Experience improving accounting operations through process redesign and technology adoption
