CPA Senior Accounting Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing finance team, the full-time remote CPA Senior Accounting Manager will manage day-to-day accounting operations, lead the monthly close process, and partner with the VP Finance on transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial statements
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations
- Act as the audit lead, managing relationships with external auditors and contributing to finance transformation projects
Required qualifications
- CPA designation
- Experience in the payments industry, either issuer or acquirer side
- Prior people leadership experience, even in small teams
- Proven track record of process improvement
- Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably founder-led or VC/PE-backed companies
