CPA Senior Accounting Operations

Job Summary

Supporting the Company's accounting operations, the full-time Senior Accounting Operations Accountant will focus on accounts payable, customer refunds, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor payable operations, including new vendor setup and timely payment processing
• Perform month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and reviewing account reconciliations
• Collaborate with multiple accounting teams to ensure compliance with GAAP and identify process improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
• CPA certification required
• 4 years of progressive experience in accounting
• 2 years of public accounting and/or internal controls experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
