CPA Senior Audit Manager

Job Summary

Leading audit engagements and managing client relationships, the full-time remote Senior Audit Manager will oversee the audit practice, ensure compliance with standards, and develop staff while identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships
• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations
• Evaluate and improve internal controls and processes, identifying risks and implementing mitigating strategies

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
• Proven experience in leading audit engagements from planning to completion
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management
• Demonstrated experience in staff development and team leadership
