CPA Senior Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Controller to manage financial processes for startup clients in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for clients
• Provide due diligence support for audits, fundraising, and M&A activities
• Mentor and coach junior accounting staff while maintaining compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 8+ years of corporate accounting experience
• 4+ years of public accounting experience in a multi-client environment
• Experience in SaaS accounting and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting best practices
