CPA Senior Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Controller to lead and oversee all aspects of accounting operations across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and GAAP reporting
• Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to meet regulatory requirements
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes across multiple business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Big 4 experience
• CPA or CMA strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare networks and financial services preferred
