CPA Senior Controller

Job Summary

Leading the financial reporting function, the full-time Senior Controller will manage core accounting operations, oversee the audit process, and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all core accounting operations, including the general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, presenting findings to senior leadership
• Manage the external audit process and build strong internal controls to support reliable reporting

Required qualifications

• CPA designation
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Deep knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
• Experience managing month-end close, audits, and internal controls in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and technical literacy, with an interest in AI and financial automation
